Body Language is the crucial unspoken communication that goes on in every Face-to-Face encounter you have. It reveals the true feelings towards you and how well your words are being received. Between 50-100% of our message is communicated through our Body Language. No words or sound at all – a simple roll of the eyes or hand gesture may be all it takes to convey 100% of what we mean. In fact only 7-10% is attributable to the actual words we use in a conversation.

Whenever there is a conflict between what someone is saying and their body signals and movements, we usually believe their Body Language, not the words. Your ability to read and understand another person's Body Language can mean the difference between making a great impression or a bad one. Understanding it and using it correctly can help in many ways be it for a job interview, an appraisal, a business meeting or that special date. Therefore being aware of the cues and signals that we give and those that are given to us is crucial if we want to reinforce what we are saying and to understand others feelings, emotions and beliefs – what they may not be saying.
Learn the tried, tested and proven secrets of Body Language and by changing your own Body Language you will notice a difference in other people’s attitudes and reactions towards you. Use these new skills to communicate better by using effective Body Language to add more emphasis to what you are saying and to help you understand better other people’s Body Language.
